Free shipping on orders over $50
Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $10.00.
We ship Monday through Saturday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Loveland Local Delivery
Customers in the Loveland, CO area enjoy free shipping on all orders, regardless of order total.
Backorders
Some items may be available for backorder if temporarily out of stock. Backordered items ship separately when they become available. You will receive a tracking notification when each shipment goes out.
Returns
Because our products are consumable wellness items, our return policy is as follows:
Unopened & Sealed Products
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Must be in original, unopened, sealed packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days
Opened or Used Products
Due to the consumable nature of CBD products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. This is for the health and safety of all our customers.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
- Please include a photo of the issue when reaching out
